Get-en thin in the Vineyard!
The vines are going nuts with growth right now! 
Yesterday we went in and took suckers off and thinned the East facing side of the vines. We take off the bottom 4 leaves on every new cane. This allows the sun and air to better ripen the clusters! It also help nature to kill the dreaded mold or powdery mildew that tries to invade the cluster and destroy the grapes.
