Going to Unified!
This is a day where all of the Winery types and Vineyard farmers get together in Sacramento, California! It's where the old time tractors meet the new age high tec lab equipment. I love this day and look forward to it every year. It takes up all of the Sacramento Convention Center and takes 6-8 hours to go threw. Sometimes I take 2 days to do the symposium right. This year, as last year, my friend and producer of the wine radio show we do, will be carting around recording gear so we can interview the companies that have the best, latest or some new thing.
