We are putting new procedure into action and have re-evaluated how we do everything from all the crazy ways the government wants us to keep records to how we clean barrels. We have also hired an intern from Sonoma State to assist us in the vineyard and implement all the new methods of madness that we want to do at the winery. I will post more about the going-on's of the new lad.
